Aza Store review 2

About Aza: The most well established multi-designer chain in India, Aza showcases the country’s most highly acclaimed and celebrated designers' work in stores, located in Mumbai, Delhi and Ludhiana.

This was my second visit to Aza store in Juhu. Read about my first visit here! Today was the opening day of the 5 day sale in this store so I expected some rush. But as soon as I entered the store I saw a crowd of elite ladies going crazy over the collection!! I aint kidding, I saw a gazillion ladies trying to push the kurta through their body. 

I saw that the ground floor collection was full of salwar suits so headed straight up hoping to see some sarees! Almost all the sarees they have were flowing over a rod. It was so much easier to see!! I needed no/negligible assistance. Could properly see everything I wanted without being rushed. 

There were chiffons, georgette and of course net sarees. I am not too fond of net sarees but these were so nice that I fell in love with some of them. There were hardly any sarees that I didn't like. The borders  were so pretty! 

MW tip: Please safeguard your shortlisted dress with the SA/yourself. My SA had a tough time telling people that my saree was taken. Poor girl had to keep it on her shoulder all the while coz somebody or the other was taking it when it was kept on the table. 

Lets come to the point - the price! It's very much affordable. Sarees starting from 11K after discount. All good ones! Brides can definitely buy 1 for her trousseau. The sarees were looking fresh for a Sale period. Need not worry.

I had no plans of buying a suit or a lehenga but just quickly browsed through! 

The below Anamika Khanna lehenga saree with Butterfly pallu is for 12K!!! The full gold RockyS lehenga peeping through is for 1.1L (original cost: 1.6L)

 There were many lehengas in the range of 30K! The pic below is of all the lehenga's available. There was plenty of variety for suits/anarkali's but all the good ones costed more than 20K. There were some OK-ish dresses for 15K as well. If you want to buy a good floor length anarkali - Aza is the place to go!

On the ground floor, I saw some wedding gowns for Indian brides!! Range approx 20K. Pretty ones.

Please visit the store as soon as you can! Dont miss this Sale! I was in the queue at the cash counter for 15 mins in the afternoon time. I could see all the good pieces being billed! I expect the rush to increase and I doubt if there will be any good stock left by the end of the sale. So if you read the morning post about the sale and planned to go over the weekend, I think its a bad idea!
